Speaker Bios
Megan Culver:
Megan has seven years of staffing industry experience starting her career in Charlotte, NC where she staffed for Accounting and Finance professionals. She has been with Palmer Group for five years this summer, specializing in Administrative, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources recruitment. Megan holds her Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University as well as her PHR certification (Professional in Human Resources). She continues to consult with businesses across Des Moines for temporary and temp-to-hire staffing needs.
Mike Bringle:
Iowa native, graduated from UNI with a degree in Accounting, MBA from Iowa, however a big Cyclone fan! Mike has over 14 years of experience in accounting and finance covering AP, AR, payroll, month end closing, budgeting/forecasting, working with internal and external auditors, P&L reporting and analysis and balance sheet analysis focused on ROA, ROE, yields, spreads and duration. He has been with Palmer Group for two years and is the Division Manager for the Accounting and Finance team. Mike works with Business Owners and Hiring Managers to assist with contract and contract-to-hire accounting needs and direct hire recruitment at all levels.
